OFFICIAL RULES and CONDITIONS OF ENTRY

 

HOW TO ENTER AND WIN

Must be 18 years or older to purchase a ticket or win with a current valid State ID and a resident of Arizona. Tickets are non-refundable. The purchase of at least one ticket is required to enter the raffle.  Raffle tickets are one (1) for $10, or three (3) for $25, and are available for purchase only during the Raffle period which ends Jan.13th, 2024 at 3:00 PM.

All net proceeds of the Raffle will benefit Mercy House Community Center and will be used to support our services and mission: to assist and enable the residents to break through generational habits and addictions, to become viable citizens, and to aid them in fostering education and job skills to provide for themselves and their families.

To enter, Click PURCHASE NOW below to purchase raffle tickets. You will need to have a valid credit card to do so. Successfully complete the online raffle registration form with your name, email, phone number, birth date, credit card payment information, and click submit. No mechanically reproduced or incomplete entries will be accepted or be eligible. No mail-in or manual raffle purchases are allowed.

For each raffle ticket purchased, the person whose name and information that is listed on the entry form will receive one (1) entry into the raffle drawing. Raffle tickets will be issued as entries as received up until the declared entry deadline. Raffle tickets cannot be re-sold or given away to another person or party. Only the registered name on the winning entry that is drawn will be allowed to claim the grand prize.

Odds of Winning are based upon the total number of raffle entries purchased during the stated raffle period.

Raffle Prize: One eligible winner will receive one of several gifts. We will have five consecutive drawings for each gift thereafter. First prize is an Ozuna Custom Black 4-piece sectional sofa. Second prize is a Royal Gourmet Charcoal Barrel Grill with offset smoker. Third prize is a tattoo session with Knucklehead Tattoo artist. For each prize thereafter will be drawn. The winner will be selected by a random drawing that will be live-streamed via Facebook live on Saturday at SHOW & SHINE event, January 13th, 2024 at 3:30 PM.  Must present the winning ticket to claim the prize. Winners have 24 hours to claim prizes. One prize per winner. There is no cash alternative prize available and the selected winner must agree to accept the prize within 24 hours of notification which may be done via phone, email, or text. If the selected winner fails to claim their prize within 24 hours, for whatever reason, they will forfeit the prize and an alternate winner can be selected.

 

Mercy House Community Center and its affiliated sponsors and marketing partners reserve the right to substitute the raffle prize for whatever reason, if necessary. Employees of Mercy House Community Center, their affiliates, and their immediate family members are ineligible to enter and win the raffle prize.

 

RAFFLE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Mercy House Community Center employees and family members and its sponsors, marketing partners, affiliated marketing agencies, officers and employees, are not responsible for lost, late, garbled, or misdirected entries, printing errors, server unavailability, computer or any other electronic malfunction. Any entries received that are duplicate, mutilated, tampered with, incorrect, illegible, or from ineligible entrants will be void. All entries become the property of MHCC and will not be acknowledged or returned.

Each winner must sign and return a release and must show photo identification to claim his/her prize. MHCC reserves the right to require additional identification and may choose to accept or deny awarding any prize based on the identification presented. This release will also allow MHCC to share the winners’ name, voice recording, video appearance and photo likeness for any and all marketing and publicity purposes as it may deem desirable to communicate the winner of the raffle and future raffles. This includes postings on social media sites that MHCC and its affiliated entities utilize to promote and communicate their non-profit activities and organizational information.

The raffle decisions made by MHCC (raffle organizer), its officers, employees, sponsors, marketing partners, and their family members are final, and entrants accept this provision as a condition of entry into this charitable raffle.
